Do you have distributors who can visit my location?
We have distributors throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We will be more than happy to arrange an on-site visit by a qualified safety sales representative.

Can I order products not listed in your catalog?
Accuform Signs displays thousands of items within our latest catalog. However, if you need a product not shown in the catalog, it's a good bet we can get it, or produce it.

Do I get a Confirmation of my orders?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation via e-mail for every order you place. Review it to insure order accuracy. Confirmations also include anticipated ship dates. You must have Acrobat reader in order to view order confirmations.

What are my payment options?

Do you have a minimum order?
In most cases no.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders for stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders typically take 3 to 6 days plus delivery time. Some orders may experience longer lead times. You will be notified immediately if there is a change in delivery time.

What happens if a product I order is damaged in shipment?
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If, however, your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the packing slip and obtain an inspection report from the truck line immediately. Call 1-800-237-1001 for additional information.

How do I return a product?
1. Call your Account Manager directly or call 1-800-237-1001
2. Your Account Manager will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA). Write this number on the packing slip you received with your order.
3. Send it back to us via a traceable method (UPS, FED EX, etc.) for your protection. Your Account Manager can also assist you in determining the preferred method.
Custom manufactured items are not returnable.

Can I get samples?
You may receive samples of any material we print on. Due to size restrictions some products are unavailable for samples. Contact your Account Manager at 1-800-237-1001 for more details.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

How do I send you artwork for my order?
