Forklift Signs

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) statistics indicate that each year there are roughly 85 forklift fatalities and 34,900 serious injuries due to improper training and operating of forklifts. Forklifts, also known as powered industrial trucks are important in the general industry, used to push, pull, lift, stack, or tier material. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 states that, "The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l)."

Post Forklift Signs to effectively communicate safety practices and procedures to others. Remind operators of forklifts to inspect the forklift prior to driving with Forklift Signs. Inform pedestrians to look out for forklifts by posting OSHA Forklift Signs on the walls and doors in high traffic areas in your facility.
