How to Order PPE ID Charts
Provide us with a list of the approved protective equipment within your facility that you would like to show on your Custom PPE-ID Chart (i.e. supplier/manufacturer names, part numbers, and descriptions). to assist with what is needed we can provide you with an Excel file. This file can be used to easily input your specific information in detail.
Once we have your requirements we will work to secure the images needed for your Custom PPE-ID Chart.
We can provide you with the template image (black silhouette as shown in some of the examples), or if you have specific layout requirements just let us know. Dont forget that you can also include your company or department name along with a logo. Due to the high-level of customization on Custom PPE-ID Charts a proof will be provided for review.
