The plastic safety lockout tag is durable, tear resistant and waterproof. Tag size is 6" x 3 1/2" with a 3/8" metal grommet that is pull resistant meeting OSHA 50-lb pull requirements. Quantity starts at just 20 tags. Quantity can be combined for several workers in multiples of 5, and up to 20 or more.
