The non-glare polycarbonate plastic is specially formulated to resist color change, chemicals, corrosion, and abrasions - and will continue to look good for years, and maintain its superior strength.
The two-ply, heavy-duty construction provides a rugged, yet stylish appearance with a thick-edge design and industrial-strength backing.
The legend and message are reverse-printed with UV resistant inks on the underside of the clear polycarbonate. This sub-surface image is sealed with further protection on the backside by a permanently bonded, laminate poly sheet.
The composite sign is nearly 1/4" thick and will not crack, chip, or become brittle under extreme environments - indoors and outdoors - with service temperature range for polycarbonate at -60° to 260°F. and under layer surface -40° to 176°F.

Performs in light and dark with a nearly indestructible sign that's built to take on the tough environments, from harsh and abusive environments to impacts and vandalism. See the sign glow (green-yellow) in the dark. 'Energize' the sign by any light source on the photo-luminescent surface with a glow rating of 10 hours. In regular light the sign surface appears nearly white.
Sign is constructed in several layers, fully protecting the image and Lumi-Glow™ background. The message is printed on the underside of the polycarbonate plastic face and backed by the photo-luminescent film. This thick .214" edged design is rugged to not chip or crack.

Plastic is the most economical choice for a rigid sign. Ideally suited to 14" x 20" or smaller signs unless you are mounting them to a wall or rigid surface.

Plastic-Lite
Commonly referred to as PVC or Expanded PVC, Plastic-Lite is 1/8" thick. The uniformly fine, tiny closed-cell structure combines for good strength, durability. Material is also lightweight for portability when compared to solid PVC, acrylic, or polycarbonate sheets — approximately half the weight of equivalent thicknesses. It is non-corrosive, easily cleanable, resistant to chemicals, and has low flammability index.

Max Corrugated Plastic

The combination of air and ribs within creates the material's strength, yet lightweight for ease of handling.

PF-Poly Paper

PF-Poly Paper is plastic and pulp-free of wood content. This polypropylene-based, synthetic paper is ideal for use in place of conventional cardstock paper signs.

Polyester
Available in clear, this material is ideal for installing on window for see-thru message. 3X brighter than engineer-grade. Wide-angle reflective micro-prismatic surface offers clear visibility and high reflectivity in daylight and dark conditions. Use for adding attention or warning of a hazard.
DG High-Prism
10X brighter than engineer grade for highest visibility. Micro-prismatic surface provides a wide angle, highly reflective surface in bright light or total darkness. Its ultra-lightweight properties combine with high-strength, rugged, engineering to make this composite aluminum sign extremely durable - enabling it to withstand tough conditions both indoors and out. The materials resist impacts and flexing, and stand strong to abuses such as vandalism. In addition to the aluminum, the core is impervious to splash- and wash-downs.
AlumaLite™ materials are 40% lighter than solid aluminum, yet maintain the same durability, stiffness, and rigidity. The materials are comprised of two sheets of aluminum permanently bonded, on both sides, to a lightweight thermoplastic center core. This combination makes for a superior strength-to-weight ratio composite material. Both Dura-AlumaLite™ and Max AlumaLite™ can be used in a variety of industrial, warehouse, construction, and architectural type settings. Max AlumaLite™ excels for long-term, large sign installations, requiring less structural support.

St2 Laser Signs come with a lifetime guarantee and resist corrosion, even in the harshest environments. Extremely durable and effective up to 2000°F. Allows messages to be seen in areas where ordinary signs fail.
See-through construction is designed to contrast from the surface placement. If necessary, the surface can be easily cleaned with any detergent solution. The industrial “Silver Matte” finish has minimum glare.
Optional 20-gauge (.0375") contrasting color back (sold separately; call for quote*) provides high-contrast readability in any environment.
Type 304 - 26-gauge, .0187" thick stainless steel is effective up to 2000°F. St2 Laser Signs are laser-cut to precision, and are available with any message, and any stencil-capable graphic or logo. Comes standard with 3/16", 4 corner holes unless specified otherwise. Stainless steel mounting hardware sold separately (see page 476).

PF-Cardstock Tags
Tear-resistant and waterproof tags last longer than standard cardstock tags.
Tags are pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content - unlike regular cardstock. They are pliable, yet will not rip or breakdown in moisture. Tags do not tear readily when tugged on. Ideal for indoor use and short-term outdoor exposure. The scuff-resistant and matte surface is easy to write on.

RS-Flexcard Tags
Puncture- and tear-resistant tag withstands rough handling and environmental conditions.
Rip-resistant, synthetic flexible card tag can be used in harsh locations. Thin, multi-layer tag construction for strength and durability. Material resistance ranges from moisture and water to chemical splash and oil. Tag has a scratch-resistant, writable, matte surface.

HS-Laminate Tags
Tags are designed to withstand tough and abusive conditions.
HS-Laminate is a composite of all poly materials pressure sealed on both sides with no edge seams. Matte surface is scratch resistant, yet easy to write on. Waterproof tags are ideal for extreme weather conditions.

RP-Plastic Tags
Durable tag withstands pulls and tears in dirt and grease environments.
High-strength plastic tags are water-resistant - to withstand weather conditions. The rigid plastic is flexible, yet will not readily break down over a wide temperature range. Good for indoors and outdoors use. Writable surface is abrasion resistant.
