President Bush recently signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008. As part of this bill, the FMLA law was modified to include additional leave for U.S. soldiers and their family members, effective Jan. 28, 2008.
It is not yet clear whether the Department of Labor will issue a new FMLA poster or update the current version. Accuform Signs will monitor this change and post any updates here at Accuform.com.
