Product Manager - Merchandiser
Accuform is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage new product groups, as they relate to identification and marketing in the safety and industrial marketplace for the master catalog, and other print, web and presentation formats as well. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new product lines and growing existing product lines through line revisions and product content creations. This includes writing copy and being able to visualize the layout of product presentations; evaluating existing products based on cost, sales history, and selling price; the ability to source vendors; and find information for research and on-going regulatory changes in government and industry.
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • Proficiency in the English language, with writing skills and proofreading abilities • Working knowledge of standard computer software – Microsoft Office Suite • Detail-oriented, with accuracy and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task • Good communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively, or independently Preferred Qualifications • 3-5 years product management experience; preferably in the business-to-business industrial (or related) catalog market • Safety or Industrial experience • Product management knowledge • Data-oriented • Ability to travel on occasion
