Light Assembly Workers test, label, and package products in support of our company vision to be our customers' favorite supplier.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unbox purchased product which will need to be relabeled
- Ensure product works by testing or troubleshooting
- Label product for shipping to customers
- Package product safely ensuring instructions are included
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment as required
- Label outside of packaging to be sent to customer
- Ensure package is shipped promptly to arrive to customer in a timely fashion
- Scan orders into AS400 computer system
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Basic computer skills required
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Good communication skills required
- Must demonstrate the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize work flow
- Must be able to take direction and work well on a team
- Must be able to complete all assigned training
- Must demonstrate a high attention to detail
- 3-6 months related experience and/or training required
- High school diploma; or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
