Blank space on DOT placard allows you to add the appropriate 4-digit UN identification number that corresponds to a particular hazardous chemical, in accordance to DOT. Choose the proper hazard classification and division style placard and fill in the 4-digit identification number by hand. The required number height is 3 1/2" high.
