Traffic Alert Mirror System
Alert pedestrians of oncoming forklift traffic with an overhead dome mirror system to improve the visibility of forklift operators or workers on foot.
Traffic Alert Mirror System is to warn worker when a forklift is nearby. It is a self-contained triple safety system incorporating:
• 26” full dome mirror
• Large high intensity strobe
• Audible alarm
Microwave motion sensor detects vehicle approaching up to 80-ft away with a response time of 100 ms – turning on the 8.7 million strobe light and audible horn (with adjustable tone setting up to 109 dB at 1 m) – warning workers and other forklift operators in the area. Flashing lights are especially important in areas where the ambient noise level is high.
Install at intersections and blind corners, typically over busy facility forklift intersections that also include pedestrian crossings. Other areas within the plant could main entry and exit points, break rooms, cafeterias, maintenance areas, and loading dock areas.
Can be mounted with chain (sold separately – HTL640).
Operates on 120 VAV / 15 amps with hard wire connection.
Available with 1 to 4 sensors, choose depending upon the traffic intersection.
