Snap Tite™ Stencils can be used over and over again to paint on the identity of pipe contents. The unique pre-coiled shape is designed to make stenciling a one person job; it also eliminates the need for taping or strapping the stencil in place. Uncurl stencil over the pipe and release it to snap into place, now you are ready to paint the message directly onto the pipe. each stencil comes with cut out arrows on both ends, simply block out the arrow you will not be using to mark your pipes with content and proper flow direction.Custom legends are available in two sizes to meet ASME A13.1 letter height requirements
- Pipe OD size 4 1/2" – 6 1/2" = 15" x 25" overall Stencil size with message width at 16" and letter height at 1 1/4"
- Pipe OD size 8" - 10" = 17" x 39" overall Stencil size with message width at 23" and letter height at 2 1/2"
