Post Print Operator II

Post Print Operators operate various pieces of post print equipment in support of our company vision to be our customers’ favorite supplier. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Operate Digital plotter cutting equipment, metal laser cutter, laser and rotary engravers Operate computer using AS400 software to scan orders Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise and service / repair if necessary Inspect quality of all work processed through post print equipment Assist in other production departments as requested or needed Perform other duties as required or assigned

Desired Skills and Experience: Mechanical aptitude Good command of the English language, both written and verbal Good reading, spelling and comprehension skills Must demonstrate a good understanding of basic math functions Must be able to use and navigate a computer Must demonstrate a high attention to detail Ability to prioritize workflow Ability to identify materials required Ability to take direction and work well with others 1 years related experience required High school diploma; or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience Production print equipment experience preferred
