WHMIS stands for The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), and is Canada's national workplace standard. Follow the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) guidelines for labeling health hazard information by using WHMIS Labels. Per CCOHS, suppliers are responsible for labeling WHMIS-controlled products with WHMIS Labels.
