Readily accessible for quick deploy in any emergency situation.To set up, simply pull from center until cone is fully extended to 28”. The tight, durable, orange mesh body with two silver reflective collars allows wind to pass through, while the solid plastic base with rubber feet grips to surface and stabilizes cone.
