Bright orange, powder coated legs allow the sign stand to be seen from highways to city sidewalks. Manufactured from steel component parts which have been powder-coated and clear zinc-plated to minimize corrosion. The sign stand supports roll-up signs up to 48” x 48” at minimum of 18” above the ground. The stand incorporates a single coil spring to allow the mast and roll-up sign to flex and bend in windy conditions. It is capable of withstanding wind gusts up to 70 mph. The breakaway base is designed, when impacted, to cause no damage to the undercarriage of the impacting vehicle. The heavy-duty universal bracket allows the stand to be used with varying style roll-up construction signs. The legs are independently adjustable and multi-positional to accommodate uneven terrain or placement on curbs. All four legs extend for maximum footprint in heavy winds. Legs also feature three independent height adjustments to provide bottom height with a minimum 18” in the first position. Also includes over-sized pull pins and kick release for quick deployment of legs. The stand measures 6”x 6.5“x 24” when folded for storage. It is MUTCD compliant and MASH approved.
