Personalize Lockout/Tagout with Site-Tag™
The innovative Lockout SiteTagTM combines the OSHA lockout safety message with a "head-shot" image of the worker along with their name and department location. The safety message, line spaces, and 1 1/4" x 1" full-color photo image are permanently printed directly onto the tag. Write in specific information on the tag with a permanent marker.
The plastic safety lockout tag is durable, tear resistant and waterproof. Tag size is 6" x 3 1/2" with a 3/8" metal grommet that is pull resistant meeting OSHA 50-lb pull requirements. Quantity starts at just 20 tags. Quantity can be combined for several workers in multiples of 5, and up to 20 or more.
Contact us for an electronic spreadsheet form to fill in the name, department (if required), quantity of tags (in multiples of 5), and electronic photo image file name - for each person.
